FF IGWIGW Tom-Yum Instant Noodle Bowl

I am always happy to try new flavours and this one was definitely a delight! Even though the name is quite a mouthful and I may never be able to fully remember it but it is still one of the best noodles out there. My sister brought FF IGWIGW Tom-Yum Instant Noodle Bowl from the Maldives even though it is originally from Thailand.

This is the first time I saw this brand and was thinking about how there must be so many other instant noodles out there for me to explore and that got me very excited. FF IGWIGW Tom-Yum Instant Noodle Bowl has such a cute plastic ramen bowl that is reusable and I am going to use this for sure. The packaging is like plastic wrap, with bright colourful visuals and clear information but only if you know Thai, so I didn't understand much.

It comes with Tom Yum seasoning powder, dehydrated vegetables and an oil sachet. The noodles were also in a pack and there is a small fork as well. I repeat I love the bowl.

To prepare simply put noodles and ingredients in the bowl, pour boiling water till the marked line inside and wait for 3 to 5 minutes. It will be done, mix it well and enjoy!

The noodles are very chewy and stringy, I liked how they absorbed the tom yum broth flavour well. Just having the noodles without the broth also packs a good amount of flavour, enough to leave your tongue tingling. Even though the dehydrated vegetables are almost nonexistent in quantity the carrots are actually crunchy and not soft and soggy.

The broth is definitely full of tangy, tom yum flavours with the right amount of heat from the spices. It has a rich depth and umami kick. I just wish there was more soup and veggies because, overall, this was a good meal.

The texture, the flavours, the quality of noodles and broths as well as the cute packaging, this is going into my "noodles I love" list. I really enjoyed slurping these and the bowl is definitely going to come in handy!
