Massage is really good for you. It is actually not just something you can enjoy but also something that is healthy for you. It improves blood circulation, while helping your heart and arteries. It's not just me, scientific studies have also shown benefits of massage therapy for insomnia, multiple sclerosis, anxiety, cancer pain, post-operative recovery as well as multiple other conditions.
I LOVE getting a massage, its extremely relaxing and therapeutic. I also do my own massage though I wish I had a permanent masseur at home, sigh. I have been working out (or trying to at least) so been doing a lot of arm, leg and stomach massage myself for toning and preventing stretch marks. Coming to the oil, the Japanese Camellia oil doesnt really have a strong scent of it's, though it does smell very pleasant. This body oil is actually a blend of Japanese Camellia and Sweet almond oil (which also means they are rich in plant collagen). The oil is thick yet not greasy or sticky. When you massage it into your skin it absorbs easily and leaves behind a soft, nourished skin. By the way, Japanese Camellia is a flower and this oil is extracted from it.
Now even though it targets new mothers and used for pregnancy care (and I am neither and mother, nor pregnant) the main focus is what it actually does. So if you want to have a youthful skin with reduced stretch marks, no fine lines or wrinkles, then your body needs this. Of course no natural product can perform miracles overnight but you will see that it provided results in a couple of weeks. It is also great for nails and hair so a great all rounder to invest in!
In short, this oil will:
