SKIN18 Sheet Masks - I got More

My skincare routine has lately been blah so when I received another PR package from SKIN18 I took it as a sign. I need to get back on the skincare band wagon and start pampering myself. Koreans tend to use one sheet mask every day and here I am struggling to use one every week, shame!

Let me refresh your memory or enlighten you if its your first time on my blog. I have mentioned it many times that Korean (as well as Japanese) have the most extensive and thorough skincare routine. No wonder the women and men glow like a star with flawless skin even at a very old age. Korean skincare products are one of the bests in the world too so when I discovered *SKIN18 I was of course over the moon (not quite shining like one yet). SKIN18 is based in HongKong and deals with various good quality skincare products. They believe that skincare is more important than makeup.

This time SKIN18 actually sent me more stuff than before, an upgrade perhaps? 

CRACARE Anti-Aging Snail Repairing 3 step mask - $3.50

This the first time I used a 3 step mask. I though it will be cumbersome but I actually enjoyed the entire process. Very personal spa feel, of sorts. Step 1 is the anti-aging active ampule which lightens and firms your skin. Step 2 is the Anti-aging essence mask which firms and nourishes, you place it on your face and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes. 3rd step is the anti-aging night cream which provides deep moisturizing to your skin. Had good experience with this mask and I might actually order more of these.

INOFACE Modeling Cup Pack (Collagen) - $8.50

I love the name because it's like saying "in your face" if you say it really fast! I have not used this at the moment but have heard very interesting feedback. You basically mix water to create a paste with the powder mask in the cup. When you apply the mask on your face it actually dries up into a rubbery consistency which you can peel off! Sounds fun and a bit painful if you have tons of white and blackheads (as well as hair!). You have to leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes. After peeling it off you should remove the remaining areas gently with a cotton bud soaked in toner.

The mask has firming and soothing properties. It minimizes pores and leaves the skin feeling smooth, moisturized and plump!

Mirum Fresh Fruit Pomegranate Real Natural Mask Pack - $1.80

This sounds and smells like the perfect summer afternoon mask doesn't it?! Just imagine yourself lounging next to the breezy balcony with a glass of cold lemonade and this mask on, bliss. This is a basic sheet mask. You keep it on for 15 to 20 minutes and it leaves your skin feeling fresh and nourished as well as super soft as it works on improving the elasticity of your skin. A plus point of this sheet mask is that it is made of natural cotton crosel which makes the absorption process better for your skin.

LUKE Hyaluron Essence Mask (Intensive Moisturizing) -$2.60

I used a similar mask last time as well. I felt it was moisturizing , yes, but there was nothing fancy about it. A basic mask for some daily quick moisture fix. This one however has anti-aging properties so I look forward to trying it. As per brand the mask provides moisture and makes the skin more fresh, smoother and younger looking.

LUKE Mugwort Nose Cleaning Strip - $1.20

I was actually using this nose strip while writing this blog and the experience was a bit weird. The smell was too pungent and I had to suck it in. I got used to it after a couple of minutes though (kind of). It was worth it; very effective because I could see the gunk myself when I peeled it off after 10 minutes, I like! The tiny drawback is that its a bit sticky and even after removing it you have to clean it properly to get rid of the residue.

LUKE Collagen Hydrogel Eye Patch - $2.80

I love using eye patches, especially because I tend to get puffy eyes. This collagen Hydrogel eye patch is suppose to tighten your under eyes and lighten dark circles as well as keeping the sensitive under eye area hydrated. The Green Tea extract is a great ingredient to reduce puffy eyes. This eye patch is also packed with some heavy duty vitamin A, E and C as well as Pito collagen, great eye openers, yaas! A great tip for eye gel patches is to keep them in the refrigerator for half an hour and it will feel so good when you apply these.

PUREDERM Vitalizing Green Tea Pack - $1.50

Purederm products are actually easily available in Pakistan and I have had good experiences with many of it's skincare products. This mask is made of natural ingredients. Its a wash of mask so after you apply it and it dries off you can just easily wash it off.
