Yes I know this is not the first time you have heard of  a 'GREAT GATSBY PARTY" but lets face it, we cant get enough of this glorious theme. Its timeless, elegant and let's not forget super funtabulous.

The recent Party was sort of a Club night /Early new years mix for me. On the actual New Years our "Dear" Government has decided that its DANGEROUS to Party so large scale gatherings are banned in my city. Sigh. I know, that's lame. However, that doesn't kill the free spirited who find a way to celebrate a bit before time and I say why not!

This Club Night / Ball was also the launch of "Juni Zeyad & Phil Tyler" Events , headed by Juni Zeyad and organized by Khawar Abedi and Nasreen Bokutz.

The event was not only dazzling with glamorous Gatsby-ish decor and great crowd but had an added oomph in the form of dance performances by Juni and his dancers.

The over all night was fun. It was not too over crowded, the attendees were quite civil with no "trash' insight. The music initially was quite nice till much later it got a bit to unjazzy and non Gatsby-ish when the Bollywood remixes hit the floor, that just my own point though.

The event was attended by many Celebrities and Socialites. It was nice to see people actually making an effort to dress up. I love dressing up for theme parties because they can never be boring!
