We get so caught up by the hype of foreign brands that we don't realize we have some good local makeup products as well. CHRISTINE Cosmetics is one of those gems (other than Medora, our all time favorite). I was unable to resist myself and got their 28 Velvet Eyeshadow palette because it looked really delicious. If you love shimmer than get ready to "Rock the Shimmy" with your eyes ;)
PACKAGING:
Eye shadow palette comes in a simple black case, boxed up. Nothing to fancy yet presentable. There are in total 28 eye shadows with two dual sided sponge applicators and a mirror.
EYE SHADES:
- Highly pigmented
- Diverse shades, good options
- Blends well
- Primer required for long wear and richer application.
- Color pay off is good due to heavy pigmentation and velvety cream finish
- Easy to use
- Shimmery Velvet finish
EXPERIENCE:
This product is worth buying. It has neutral as well as fun pop-tastic colors which makes it ideal for day or night makeup use. I love the finish and shimmer, its not too much which is an issue I face in local brands. If I had a choice I will buy this product again.
