Gucci Guilty and Gucci Guilty Intense for Women

I feel just a little bit embarrassed confessing that I fell in love with Gucci Guilty when I saw Jared Leto in the ad campaign. However, the love became intense after I actually sniffed the scent later on. I was obsessing over the fragrance so much that my best friend gave it to me as a gift on my birthday along with Gucci Intense. Bless best friends who know how to make you feel special!

I will admit that both Gucci Guilty and Gucci Intense are very like-able but the fragrances has nothing new or enigmatic. However, I don't mind the familiarity and comfort I get from the scent I also feel fragrance is very personal so what others love, I might hate and vice versa.

I heard the packaging and design of the bottle was not a complete hit. The consumers either loved it or hated it. For me it was a hit mainly due to the fact it's gold, plus, I like the shape that looks like a mini Gucci clutch when you are holding it and the Double G Window through which you can see the perfume.

Gucci Guilty campaigns have been extremely sensual and sexy, not to forget that Chris Evans and Jared :eto both make our heart race. I do have to point out that the fragrances, both guilty and intense are not at sexy as the ad campaigns depict them to be. If you have read the product description and expect to be thrilled then you will be disappointed.The fragrances are more playful, maybe they took the "playfull-ness" to another level, Ehem.

GUCCI GUILTY

The fragrance is definitely rich and also very smooth. Starts with a tangy yet peppery note that tickles your senses then later tones down and warms up into a sweeter peachy scent. The end note is earthy with patchouli and a hint of vanilla and lingers for a long time. Don't know about sexy but definitely sweet and full of nostalgia. A very wearable fragrance that should appeal to a wider audience.

Middle Notes: Geranium, Peach, Lilac, Black Currant & Jasmine
Base Notes: Patchouli, Amber, Vanilla & White Musk

GUCCI GUILTY INTENSE

It is called Intense yet the formula is a simplified yet more focused version of it's predecessor Gucci Guilty. The notes that actually dominate in Gucci Guilty are the key notes and elements of Gucci Intense. The smell is sweeter with more mandarin and lilac.Gucci Intense is more feminine and sensual while being airy than Guilty. The fragrance is definitely softer and less intense but still lovely, though the end /base note of guilty is stronger then a musty one of guilty.

Base Notes: Patchouli & Amber
