BITE Beauty Luminous Cream Lipsticks - Review and Swatches

BITE Beauty, it truly does make your lips tempting. Let's not get distracted though and focus on the lipsticks at hand, shall we?

I have been contemplating about trying BITE lippies and got the chance during a great sale at Sephora. I got three shades, which are all equally delicious yet diverse.

The BITE Beauty "Mix N Mingle" duo was a special deal during last holidays, but I opened and used it recently (dilemma of a beauty blogger with tons of products that she can't stop buying, meh!). I got a sweet deal of just $12 and I am sure there are more available from SEPHORA. The other one that I will be reviewing was a part of the "Give me more lips" Box set which I have already reviewed earlier.

OVERVIEW:
Even though BITE BEAUTY claims that they make high-performance lipsticks which are healthy enough to eat I didn't munch on it for obvious reasons. Why waste good lipsticks by eating them. Eeek!

- GREAT Dark grey packaging with suede-like texture inside and out. Every lipstick, if bought separately, has a different shaped top according to the color family it belongs to. REDS - sharp angled tip, NEUTRALS - natural slant, PINKS - curved and BERRIES - point
- Just the right amount to use (I rarely finish lipsticks, but then it takes time for me to throw them away as well :p)
- Deliciously pigmented with great color payoff
- Moisturizing to the extent you keep staring at your lips because they look juicy and plump
- Long Lasting? To an extent yes. Reapplying lipstick never killed anyone anyways, adds a bit of sexy actually
- Smells yummy (the tiny bit of temptation to maybe lick . . . ehem)
- FULL of Nurturing Benefits: It hydrates, repairs and fights anti aging so basically this Lipstick provides lip-care with an oomph
- Free of Parabens, Sulfates and Phthalates

POPPY:
A cherry red which gives you festive looking lips. It also reminded me of ripe strawberries. One of the true reds but can also appear pinkish on some.

SCARLET:
Rich deep maroon shade, kind of  Ox-blood dark. It can be that perfect shade to wear when you want to go out with just a bit of base and kajal to any event. This shade will keep the party mood banging.

PALOMINO:
So much fun to say this name out loud, specially after wearing this shade. A bright, cool magenta pink which will look good, be it day or night

RATING:
Great for lips and color pay off is brilliant. However, it bleeds just a wee bit if you are not careful so 4/5.
