Beauty Bloggers Meetup: Atelier Paris Make-Up and Aesthetic Life

Beauty Blogger meetups a becoming fad-ulous in Pakistan, specially Karachi. A good one, however, are few. A recent GOOD Beauty Blogger meetup took place at Academy of Aesthetics, Karachi. Other then testing the products by Atelier Paris Make-Up, yummy cupcakes and getting a delicious bag full of beauty goodies, the best part was the discussion related to blogging, beauty being more in focus.

Wafa Khan (Dubai based MUA) first introduced and briefed us about Atelier Paris Makeup products. She was also the moderator of the meetup. She was thorough and made a lot of sense. Seriously rare believe me! A lot of makeup artists will tell you what to use but are not completely clear about how and why.

The Atelier makeup is totally drool worthy. The lip lacquers and the liquid foundations were an instant favorite. I was also tempted by the concealer palette. Keep in mind that these beauties are not light on your pocket. The Professional Makeup series is not a drug store brand and very good in quality, each product is like an investment. I found the prices steep but wiling to get a couple of things once in a while as they are seriously worth it. (Ranging between PKR.1,000 to PK.R6,000)

Mr. Ghazanfar Rauf of Acedemy of Aesthetics gave us great insight on quality products and skin related issues as well as treatments. Loved the unity of PBBC (Pakistan Beauty Bloggers Community) and how supportive we are to each other which showed during our discussion on Beauty blogger issues and concerns. It felt good to be a part of such an informative meetup full of Positive air.
